By engaging you in your contract of hiring, you ensure L Residence that the rent will be paid each month within the imposed times. A non-observance of the contract amounts to a cancellation of this one.

The deposit will be returned to your account within 30 days of your check-out.

There are no additional fees imposed on tenants. The payment of the rent + charges is an all-inclusive package.

The rent is paid each month by bank transfer and structured communication.
